This role is ideal for an APP who values independence, continuity of care, and becoming a trusted provider within a close-knit community. You will care for an established patient panel with a sustainable daily volume , supported by an experienced physician owner and a collaborative clinical team. Practice Highlights Established independent family medicine practice (since 2003) Average of 16-18 patients per day No hospital rounding and no call Value-based care model with top-performing ACO participation Supportive, team-based environment with direct leadership access Focus on quality outcomes rather than production pressure Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients Conduct well and sick visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care Perform in-office procedures, including: Women's health services Joint injections Skin biopsies Wound suturing EKGs and PFTs CLIA-waived testing Deliver patient education using shared decision-making Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina Family Medicine or Primary Care background preferred Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience preferred Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach Interest in practicing in a rural or underserved community

Schedule & Locations Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:
