Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Roll-Off Truck Driver with a minimum Class B CDL to operate roll-off (Hooklift) trucks for dumpster delivery, pickup, and transportation. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is more than just a driver - they are dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable adapting to changing schedules and customer needs. Responsibilities Operate hooklift trucks safely and efficiently for deliveries and pickups Interact professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner Perform basic inspections, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical fixes when needed Navigate routes safely while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies Communicate with dispatch/management regarding schedules, delays, and issues Qualifications Minimum Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement (required) Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT medical card Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High level attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior roll-off or heavy truck experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
