Roll-Off Driver

Overview Join our team as a Roll-Off Driver and become a vital part of operations! In this role, you will operate specialized roll-off trucks / triaxles to transport, load, and unload large containers used for waste and recyclable materials. Your expertise will ensure safe, timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining excellent customer service. Duties Safely operate roll-off trucks, including tractor-trailers and dump trucks, to pick up and deliver material across designated routes Load and unload freight containers using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or hydraulic systems Conduct routine inspections of the truck's mechanical condition, including brakes, lights, tires, and safety features before and after each shift Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving and delivery operations Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, mileage, fuel usage, and service records Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and drop-offs efficiently Assist with securing loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit Skills Proven experience in truck driving, especially with commercial vehicles like tractor-trailers or roll-off trucks Familiarity with different trailer types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or freight trailers is a plus Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other lifting equipment Strong knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize efficiency and safety Excellent driving record with experience in delivery driver roles preferred Physical ability to handle heavy containers up to 75 lbs and perform routine vehicle inspections Join us in delivering excellence through safe driving practices! Pay:
