Roll-Off Truck Driver

Job Overview:

As a Roll Off Driver at Estes Waste Solutions, you will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to collect and transport waste materials to designated disposal sites. Your role will involve ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of waste materials while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with regulations.

Duties:

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up and transport waste materials
• Conduct pre
• and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving
• Interact courteously with customers to provide excellent service
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate driver logs and route sheets
• Collaborate with team members to enhance route efficiencies

Experience:

• Prior experience in operating dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or similar vehicles
• Proficiency in manual transmission and heavy lifting
• Commercial driving experience with a valid CDL (Class A or B)
• Familiarity with tractor-trailers and flatbed trucks
• Ability to load and unload materials efficiently
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
