Bright Home Connections/Roof Maxx of Hendersonville, NC is looking for professional, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Care Solution Specialists. This isn't traditional roofing - you'll have real conversations with homeowners, perform roof inspections and treatments, and build a career with six-figure income potential. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Have genuine conversations with homeowners about preventive home care
• Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues
• Apply scientifically-proven treatments that extend roof life
• Complete minor repairs (boot replacements, small fixes - not full tear-offs)
• Build trust with customers as their go-to roof care expert (& other services)
• Generate your own opportunities in your local area
• Work with a partner as part of a two-person team
