Roofer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, cleaning, and maintaining roofing systems on residential homes.

Responsibilities Experience with residential roof repairs Ability to identify roof leaks and damaged roofing systems Knowledge of asphalt shingles, flashing, fascia, skylights, and ventilation systems Ability to safely use ladders, harnesses, and fall protection equipment Experience using roofing hand tools and power tools Ability to remove and replace damaged roofing materials Understanding of proper waterproofing and sealing techniques Ability to inspect roofs and document repair needs Basic carpentry skills, including plywood/sheathing replacement Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Communicate profiently in English.
