SCHEDULE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The sales team works Tuesday-Saturday, starting each day with a team meeting. We generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals and online channels to identify potential clients for roofing, solar and home improvement projects. Our sales specialists meet in-home with customers through personalized consultations, emphasizing the benefits of roofing, solar, and energy-efficient solutions to their specific needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in sales or strong desire to develop sales and negotiation skills (however, we are willing to train the right motivated individual if you have a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude and are coachable) Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in door-to-door sales environments while maintaining professionalism. Self-discipline, strong work ethic, and resilience.
