Requirements:

English & Spanish proficiency required Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle capable of transporting a 32-ft ladder Minimum 3+ years of roofing experience required Experience with roofing repairs and troubleshooting Ability to safely operate and work on a 40-ft ladder Knowledge of inspection tools, roofing systems, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Experience using CRM systems such as JobNimbus and CompanyCam is preferred Ability to work independently and manage daily field assignments

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed residential and commercial roof inspections (2-3 daily) Identify roofing damages, leaks, and repair needs Perform roofing repairs and service work when assigned Capture clear photos and properly document roof conditions Complete accurate inspection and repair reports Upload documentation using JobNimbus and CompanyCam Provide recommendations and communicate findings clearly to homeowners and internal teams Assist Sales Representatives with OSHA ladder safety support when needed Ensure all work is completed following company quality and safety standards Why Join Premier Group?
