Full-Time Our Office is open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday Schedules are not regular, but fluctuate depending on appointments you set; or are set for you by our CSRs.

High school diploma or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Previous sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction, is great—but a positive attitude is essential! Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients. Knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes is a bonus. Self-motivated and ready to crush sales goals while having fun! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
Position Summary:
The Roofing Sales Consultant at Summit Roofing & Restoration plays a key role in helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment while building a rewarding career in the roofing industry. This role focuses on inspecting roofs, educating homeowners on solutions, and guiding them through the restoration process while offering a clear path to $100k+ annual earnings through commissions and performance incentives . The ideal candidate is self-driven, confident, and highly motivated by performance-based income . This opportunity is best suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently pursuing new opportunities and closing deals.
Core Responsibilities:
Seek out and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential sector. Conduct thorough assessments of potential roofing projects to provide accurate estimates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, making sure they feel valued every step of the way. Present exciting roofing solutions and educate customers on materials, pricing, and project timelines. Work closely with our installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project execution. Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to keep us ahead of the game. Meet and exceed sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction at an all-time high. Get involved in community outreach and networking events to showcase our amazing services!
