What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofs and discuss repair or replacement options Measure roofs and gather job details for accurate proposals Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently—no high-pressure sales tactics Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Follow up on proposals and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff once projects are sold What We're Looking For Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working outdoors Able to lift and carry materials as needed Strong communication skills—you enjoy talking with people and explaining options clearly Highly relational and professional with customers Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Sales experience is a plus; roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Commission-only role with uncapped earning potential Your income is directly tied to your effort and results Ideal for motivated self-starters who want flexibility and control over their earnings Why Herbert Roofing?
