Rookie Customer Support

Responsibilities :

• Learning and Providing basic product knowledge and information to customers
• Face to Face interactions with new and existing customers
• Using a POS system to process transactions and payments when applicable
• Being professional and friendly at all times
• Working in a team environment daily
