Room Attendant

Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold the hotel's standards of hygiene and appearance. Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to ensure swift resolution. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to cleaning protocols and infection control. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks effectively throughout shifts. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
