Position Overview As a Room Attendant / Quality Control Inspector, you will serve as the final inspector of guest rooms and suites prior to check-in. Your responsibility is to ensure every room is fully cleaned, properly stocked, guest-ready, and meets the resort's luxury cleanliness and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, solution-oriented, and comfortable communicating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address and correct any issues quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform final inspections of guest rooms and suites prior to guest arrival Ensure rooms meet resort cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards Check for cleanliness, room setup, amenities, linens, supplies, odors, damages, and overall guest readiness Identify and communicate housekeeping or maintenance issues clearly and professionally Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure corrections are completed promptly Report maintenance concerns or damages to the appropriate department Ensure guest requests and special accommodations are properly completed Help maintain consistency in cleanliness and guest experience standards throughout the property Assist with room touch-ups and organization when needed Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment through effective communication and professionalism What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to provide constructive feedback respectfully and effectively Strong understanding of cleanliness and presentation standards Dependable, punctual, and motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Previous hotel, housekeeping, inspection, or hospitality experience preferred Why Join Our Team?
