Position Objective:

To clean guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards, ensuring a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean guest rooms for sales and maintaining occupied guest rooms.

Essential Job Functions:

Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards and self-inspecting programs. Organize and stock cleaning cart/trolley and linen closets on assigned floors. Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Report damages and discrepancies to the Housekeeping office and Supervisor. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards. Assist with unexpected spills and execute special guest requests as needed. Collaborate with other housekeeping employees to maintain clean and organized work and public areas.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older . Availability to work weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
