Summary As a Room Attendant/Housekeeping team member, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms within our hotel. This role requires core skills in cleaning and floor care, along with a strong foundation in hospitality. While no prior experience is needed, your willingness to learn and adapt will be valued. Your relevant skills in janitorial and custodial work will enhance our housekeeping management efforts, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Join us in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a welcoming environment. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Assist in the organization and management of housekeeping supplies. Provide excellent hospitality by addressing guest needs and requests promptly. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and enhance guest satisfaction. Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Qualifications Strong cleaning and floor care skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Familiarity with janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Basic understanding of housekeeping management Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment No prior experience required; training will be provided
