ROSS Resident Services Coordinator

Brainerd HRA is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time ROSS Resident Services Coordinator. This position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program. Candidate must be reliable, motivated, detail oriented, have good people skills and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in field such as Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or related field plus two years' experience in case management or related work or four years' combination of relevant education, training and experience that meets the requirement to successfully accomplish the assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the Executive Director. • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Brainerd HRA offers a flexible schedule, competitive wage and excellent benefit package. The hiring range for this position is $22 - $26 per hour. This position is open until filled.
