Position Overview As a PRN provider, your primary responsibilities include: Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine equipment needs. Educating patients and families on proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment. Performing equipment setup, including ventilators and other respiratory devices. Monitoring equipment function to ensure optimal operation. Communicating patient findings to physicians for appropriate care adjustments. Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided. Supporting patient adherence to prescribed therapy and equipment usage. Qualifications Must-Have:

Active RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in Arkansas Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

Completion of an accredited respiratory care program Previous experience in home respiratory care Degree in respiratory therapy or related health science At least 1 year of relevant work experience Physical & Safety Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed Close vision to read small print on paperwork or devices Exposure to contagious pathogens, requiring proper safety precautions Occasional lifting and transporting of equipment Compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, including N95 mask fit testing and respirator use How to Apply Candidates selected for interviews will be asked to complete an assessment and submit an application via email from the hiring manager.
