Responsibilities Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist with bussing duties by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when needed. Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation procedures during dishwashing and food handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like banquets. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and basic food preparation skills. Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests courteously. Experience with bussing, dishwashing, or kitchen support roles in hotel or restaurant environments is advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to food safety standards and customer service excellence.
