Accounting The Woodlands, Texas Description Accounting Runner / Document Scanner We're looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Accounting Runner / Document Scanner to support our Accounting team across multiple dealership locations. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, staying organized, and helping maintain accurate digital records. Responsibilities Scan and index accounting documents into the CDK imaging system Organize paper and digital files for compliance Pick up and deliver documents between DeMontrond locations Assist with clerical tasks and follow detailed procedures Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally between stores Preferred Experience Automotive dealership or accounting department experience Familiarity with filing or document‑management systems
