Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and organize packages in delivery vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans, ensuring proper handling and security of all items Drive route-specific vehicles with manual transmission or automatic transmission, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Deliver packages directly to customers' homes or businesses, providing friendly and professional customer service at each stop Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Manage route driving schedules to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accuracy in delivery documentation Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, sorting packages, and preparing shipments for delivery Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly to handle packages of various sizes safely and effectively Skills Proven experience in delivery driving or courier roles with a focus on route driving and customer service excellence Strong driving skills with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission options Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and vehicle operation Prior experience with heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
