This is a unique opportunity for you to grow and ultimately lead a land consultancy team, with a clear path to partnership. Position Overview As an Associate-level surveyor, you will provide strategic advice to landowners and occupiers. You will be instrumental in developing the land consultancy team, shaping its future success and growth within the region. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on progressive rural businesses. Responsibilities Grow and lead the land consultancy team. Provide strategic advice to landowners and occupiers. Conduct valuations of diverse rural assets. Manage CPO and landlord and tenant matters. Contribute to the practice's continued growth. Requirements MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status. FAAV qualification is preferred, not essential. Experience in valuing rural assets. Knowledge of CPO and landlord/tenant matters.
