The candidate should have a strong background in a Russian/Ukrainian style of nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in Russian/Ukrainian nail techniques, along with your ability to engage with customers, will contribute to a positive salon experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including Russian/Ukrainian manicures, pedicures, hard gel nail extensions, and nail art/designs Sanitize tools and workstations according to industry standards to ensure client safety. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Requirements Valid Massachusetts cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong knowledge of Russian/Ukranian nail care techniques. Experience in customer service Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
