Rustic Cafe Cook:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of first-class guest and food service in the restaurant. Responsible for preparing high quality, delicious food following all local and brand food safety procedures and brand recipes. Ensure prompt food delivery to the guest as well as cleanliness of the grill area and back of the house. Always provide excellent guest service and be a strong teammate. Prepare all food and read tickets using proper, approved abbreviations in a timely manner. Complete the position checklist while stocking and preparing the unit for the next shift. Use all tools provided by the manager, keep the store clean at all times, including but not limited to workstation, bussing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen, storerooms, parking lot, dumpster area, bathrooms, and walls.
