What You'll Do:

As an RV & Conversion Van Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through the buying journey—from first conversation to keys-in-hand celebration.

You'll:

✔ Build genuine relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience ✔ Learn our RV and conversion van inventory inside and out ✔ Help customers identify the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle, travel goals, and budget ✔ Conduct walkarounds and product demonstrations that educate and excite buyers ✔ Follow up consistently and build long-term customer relationships ✔ Partner with our Finance & Insurance team to create a seamless purchasing experience ✔ Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where effort directly impacts success What Makes Someone Successful Here? Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent required ✔ Previous sales experience preferred—but not required ✔ Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, luxury retail, hospitality, commissioned sales, or customer-facing environments is highly valued ✔ Valid driver's license required ✔ Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
