Theodore Alabama (between Mobile, AL & Dauphin Island) Manage daily operations + team leadership Housing / RV site is available Strong growth opportunity About the Role V2RV Hospitality is hiring RV Resort Property Manager (Resort Operations Manager) for our Alabama RV Resort. You can be either solo or a couple. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the property and leading both inside and outside teams. Responsibilities Oversee guest services and daily operations Manage staff, schedules, and performance Maintain grounds, utilities, and site readiness Ensure a strong, consistent guest experience Solve problems quickly and effectively Requirements Experience in operations, hospitality, or property management Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable in a hands-on environment Ability to manage both people and daily operations Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience, scope of responsibility, and performance.
