As an RV Roof Technician, you'll play a critical role in applying premium spray-on roof coating systems that help extend the life, durability, and performance of our customers' RVs. This position is focused on the preparation, application, and finishing of a specialized 3-layer spray coating system designed to restore and protect RV roofs. This is an opportunity to apply your hands-on experience in spray foam insulation, industrial coatings, roofing, automotive paint, or similar spray-application trades in a stable, full-time role with consistent hours and performance-based earning potential. You'll work within our growing roof coating division while supporting additional production needs as required. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and our reputation for excellence. What You'll Do ➢

Apply Roof Coating Systems:

Prepare and apply specialized 3-layer spray-on roof coating systems to RV roofs in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. ➢ Prepare Surfaces for

Application:

Clean, mask, tape, sand, and prep RV roofs to ensure proper adhesion and a high-quality finished product. ➢

Operate Spray Equipment:

Safely use and maintain spray application equipment, hoses, compressors, and related tools. ➢

Support Production Operations:

Assist with additional shop and production tasks as needed to support workflow and operational efficiency. ➢

Inspect and Deliver Quality Work:

Perform visual inspections throughout the process to ensure proper coverage, consistency, and finish quality. ➢

Follow Safety Procedures:

Properly wear and utilize respirators and personal protective equipment while working with high-temperature chemicals and coating materials. ➢

Maintain Organization:

Keep work areas, tools, and materials clean, organized, and production-ready at all times. ➢ Collaborate with the

Team:

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding project status, material needs, and workflow. ➢

Support Shop Operations:

Support other projects and complete additional work as required based on the workload. Who You Are ➢ Experienced in spray foam insulation, industrial coatings, automotive paint, roofing systems, or similar spray-application trades. ➢ Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and around high-temperature chemical applications. ➢ Able and willing to wear respirators and required personal protective equipment for extended periods. ➢ Quality-driven, with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, consistent workmanship. ➢ A dependable team player who works efficiently and communicates well with others. ➢ Able to work with urgency while maintaining safety and quality standards. ➢ Someone who understands that RVs are valuable investments and should be treated with care and professionalism.
