RV :

Understand their needs and guide them through our extensive inventory to find the ideal match. Provide accurate information : Be knowledgeable about our products and services so you can answer questions confidently. Learn about the products you sell : Continuously educate yourself on the features and benefits of our RVs to better assist customers. Understand our follow-up process : Ensure that customers receive excellent service even after the sale is complete. Manage the sale process from start to finish : Facilitate a smooth transaction, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Work closely with the finance department : Coordinate financing options for customers and assist with paperwork as needed. Qualities we're looking for

Experience :

Prior dealership experience is preferred but not required

Hustle :

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need individuals who can keep up. Competitive spirit : Strive to be the best and exceed sales goals. Communication skills : Clear and effective communication is key to success in this role. Passion for the RV lifestyle : Share in our enthusiasm for adventure and outdoor exploration. Sales Consultants have the potential to earn over $100,000 per year, once established. Even with limited experience, you can expect to earn between $50,000 to $70,000 in your first year, with paid training provided to help you succeed. Saturday hours are required. We are closed on Sundays and Sales Consultants have a scheduled weekday off.
