• Full-time We are an established, third-generation, family-owned RV dealership seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our onsite sales team.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in a consultative sales environment and is looking for strong commission potential with a stable, reputable company.

What You'll Do:

Guide customers through the RV buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend the right RV solutions Maintain product knowledge across new and pre-owned inventory Follow up with leads and develop long-term customer relationships Collaborate with management and support teams to successfully close deals Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience required (automotive, RV, real estate, or other high-ticket sales) Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable working onsite, including weekends Professional appearance and customer-first approach Experience working in a commission-based compensation structure
