You will consult with customers to understand their lifestyle needs, present tailored RV solutions, and provide expert product knowledge to ensure a seamless and rewarding buying experience. A comprehensive best-in-class benefits package and opportunities for growth within a thriving RV dealership group enhance their commitment to your success: Estimated first‑year total earnings range: $35,120-$130,000, consisting of a recoverable draw of $16.90 per hour (minimum wage compliant) plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. To thrive as an RV Salesperson, you should have: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in sales, business, or automotive/RV retail preferred Proven experience in commission-based sales, automotive sales, RV sales, marine sales, or other big-ticket retail environments Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate and demonstrate recreational vehicles Proficiency with digital sales tools, and basic computer applications; strong communication skills in English required for customer interaction and sales negotiations Your responsibilities as the RV Salesperson will include: Drive RV sales performance by engaging customers, conducting needs assessments, and closing high-value retail transactions in a competitive dealership environment Deliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and digital channels while building long-term client relationships and repeat business pipelines Demonstrate RV inventory, including features, floorplans, pricing, and financing options, using consultative sales techniques and product expertise Collaborate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure efficient deal processing Stay current on RV industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings while maintaining an organized, visually appealing showroom and lot Start Your Next Adventure Step into a high-energy sales career where your drive meets unlimited earning potential.
