What You'll Do:

Warmly welcome customers and listen to their RV service needs — from routine maintenance to major repairs Clearly explain service options, provide transparent estimates, and recommend the right solutions Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout the repair process Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing shop productivity Collaborate with our skilled RV technicians in a positive, team-oriented environment Drive customer satisfaction and earn uncapped performance bonuses through outstanding service and add-on sales

What We're Looking For:

Previous service advisor, customer service, or RV/automotive experience preferred (we provide excellent training!) A genuine passion for the RV lifestyle and helping people Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to excel in a busy, fast-paced setting Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Why You'll Love Working at
