RV Service Manager

Williams Family RV is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our maintenance team in Robertsdale. You will oversee daily service operations, manage technicians, and ensure high-quality repairs. Your primary goal is to maximize shop efficiency while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage daily service department operations. Lead and schedule RV technicians. Assess vehicle repair needs accurately. Interact with customers regarding repair statuses. Oversee warranty claims and parts ordering. Enforce safety standards and shop cleanliness. Meet department financial and productivity goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:

2+ years in service management.

Industry:

RV or automotive experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Proficient with service scheduling software.
