RV Service Technician

RV TECHNICIAN NEEDED

- We need to add a RV Service Technician to our growing Aransas Pass, TX dealership. We are looking for people who share our drive and passion for quality work and customer service. Compensation and Benefits Competitive flag pay / flat rate pay program based on efficiency allows skilled technicians to actually make more money than they actually spend in the shop. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, inspections, and maintenance on customer and stock units Ensure all work is properly documented, including parts and materials used on each job Keep management apprised on the status of jobs, needed parts and supplies, etc. Maintain cleanliness of RVs and work area, ensuring all areas meet our safety standards Prepare units for customer delivery and perform customer walk throughs Qualifications Technician experience of at least two years is preferred Experience with slide out systems, generators, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred Forklift experience preferred RVIA certification preferred Great problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Must be reliable, professional, and have excellent customer service skills A self-starter that can work well both in a team and independently Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license Must be able to pass a drug test

Compensation:

Flag based pay (flat rate). Efficiency boosts hourly wage.
