This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The RV Service Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality service, supporting customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient service operations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical (12V/120V), plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliances Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service on RV units Troubleshoot and identify mechanical and system issues accurately and efficiently Complete repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards Document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on repair orders Communicate repair needs and timelines with Service Advisors and management Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and final quality checks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer updates, and service techniques Assist with training or mentoring junior technicians as needed Support overall service department efficiency and productivity goals Perform other duties as assigned Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Regular hours are Monday
- Friday from 8:00am to 5pm with rotating Saturday.
This is a non-exempt position, which means you are eligible for overtime pay. Pay starts at $20/hr and is based on your experience and qualifications.
