What We Need Technical:

Real diagnostic range across chassis, house, appliance, and coach systems Teachable people. Clean documentation. If it's not written down, it didn't happen. Character (this matters more): People first. You see the person before the punch list. Word is bond. When you say it's done, it's done. When you say Tuesday, it's Tuesday. Forward gear. You've got goals or you're hungry enough to build them.
