Job Description

Safety Compliance Coordinator Forgan, OK 73938 Full-time Full-time We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Safety & DOT Compliance Coordinator to manage all safety, compliance, and vehicle documentation. This role is critical to keeping our operation compliant, organized, and audit-ready while ownership focuses on dispatch and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all DOT compliance records Manage truck paperwork (registrations, insurance, permits, cab cards) and ensure all vehicles are up to date Oversee Driver Qualification (DQ) files , including MVRs and medical cards Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance Coordinate drug & alcohol testing and Clearinghouse requirements Track and maintain maintenance records and inspection reports (DVIRs) Ensure compliance with IRP, IFTA, and other state/federal requirements Prepare for and assist with DOT audits and inspections Monitor CSA scores and address potential issues proactively Help enforce company safety policies and procedures
