Direct Hire We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Coordinator for a growing manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and excellent growth potential. The ideal candidate will have experience promoting workplace safety, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting training, and maintaining a safe work environment within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Responsibilities Promote and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the facility Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions Develop and conduct employee safety training programs Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records Coordinate safety meetings and communicate safety initiatives Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety procedures Work closely with management to improve safety performance and reduce risks Qualifications Previous Safety Coordinator or EHS experience in manufacturing required Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards Strong communication and leadership skills Experience conducting safety training and investigations Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Please send your resume to brittany@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGUS Apply For this Job × X/Twitter This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
