What You'll Do Lead and elevate a company-wide safety culture rooted in accountability and ownership Proactively identify risks and solve problems before incidents occur Be highly visible in the field—coaching, training, and reinforcing expectations Develop and enforce safety policies that are practical, effective, and followed Hold teams accountable to high safety standards—without compromising productivity Partner with leadership to ensure safety supports project execution and results Investigate incidents with a focus on root cause, learning, and prevention
