Construction Safety Consulting, LLC Construction Safety Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to support an electrical contractor on a major data center project in North Dakota. This role is ideal for a safety professional who can do more than manage daily compliance. We are looking for someone with experience writing, implementing, and managing safety programs, while also supporting field operations, building strong relationships, and helping develop a positive safety culture. The right candidate will bring a practical, forward-thinking approach to safety. This person should be comfortable working with project managers, superintendents, foremen, craft workers, client representatives, and other safety professionals in a collaborative project environment. Strong communication, people skills, and the ability to coach others are essential. Duties

• Support the development, revision, and implementation of written safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manage daily field safety activities for electrical construction work on a data center project.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, observations, and safety walks.
• Identify hazards and work with project teams to develop practical corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, orientations, and field coaching.
• Support JHAs, pre-task planning, high-risk work planning, and safety documentation.
• Work with supervisors and foremen to strengthen safety leadership in the field.
• Promote a safety culture built on communication, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety reviews, and collaborative problem-solving discussions. Skills
• Experienced in construction safety, preferably on electrical, data center, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Skilled in writing, implementing, and managing safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and field safety practices.
• Professional, dependable, organized, and field-focused.
• Personable, approachable, and able to build trust with workers and leadership.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and develop others.
• Creative problem solver who can bring practical solutions to real field challenges.
• Passionate about improving safety culture, not just enforcing rules. Qualifications

OSHA 500

required

• First Aid, CPR, AED (ARC or AHA) required
• CSP, ASP, CHST, or similar board certified safety credentials required
• Experience with electrical construction, data centers, industrial work, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with inspections, audits, incident investigations, training, and safety documentation.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, safety software, digital inspections, reports, and project documentation.
• Ability to work in North Dakota for the duration of the project.

Pay:

$45.00
