The Safety Specialist will support safe and compliant operations by managing regulatory compliance, process safety initiatives, audits, investigations, and incident reporting within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role will ensure

standards, response plans, and safety documentation processes remain fully supported while providing critical coverage for a team member on leave.

Day to day:

Support first-response documentation and help ensure all response plans, action plans, and compliance processes are fully maintained and up to date Experience with OSHA regulations (1910/ 119 general industry, NOT 1926) Process knowledge with crude, or fractionation, etc. PSM•Process Safety Management, PHA's and MOC's Enter data for intendents, incident investigation, audits in the field, collecting data•this person will be responsible for that whole process. They will not be the person called for incidents just helping with back office. Sharepoint Site, Power App program where they document regulatory compliance and safety departments Maximo for incident reporting Must haves: 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Specialist, ES&H Specialist, Process Safety Specialist (Does not want someone in construction) in field setting Bachelor's degree or associates (can be ANY degree)
