Salad Station / Prep Cook

Job Summary Join our our! We are looking for an individual to come and help prep 2 days a week and work the salad / dessert station 2 days a week as well. Looking at between 25-30 hours a week. Responsibilities Prepare fresh salads, dips, sauces, vegetables, and ingredients according to established recipes and standards Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations Support cooking and meal assembly for service needs Maintain organized workstations, stock supplies, and monitor inventory levels Requirements Previous experience of efficiently working in a fast paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Knowledge of culinary skills focusing on sauces and dressings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods This role offers an exciting opportunity for passionate culinary professionals eager to make a difference through fresh, healthy dishes.
