Saladworks Conshohocken — Evening & Sunday Crew Member ($13-15/hr) We're a fast-casual salad shop in Conshohocken looking for a reliable crew member to work evening shifts and Sundays. About 20 hours per week to start, with room to grow.

The job is straightforward:

Conshohocken Pay:

$12-15/hr to start, depending on experience, raise at 30 days and at 90 days based on performance. Free shift meal. Flexible scheduling around school or a second job.

Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours/week. Evenings (4 PM-close, around 8 PM) and Sundays 10-4. Additional hours available once comfortable.

Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations. Assist with cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change. Restock ingredients, utensils, and supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts. Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols at all times. Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick-service or fast-food restaurant environment. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between tasks like serving customers and preparing food. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
