Sales Administrator

Location:
Lincroft, NEW JERSEY Position Summary The Sales Administrator position at Shore is primarily responsible for assisting the sales team with daily sales related tasks.
Additional Information:
The right person for this role will possess a positive attitude, be a self-starter, motivated and able to present themselves in a professional setting daily. Specifics on medical benefits / 401K provided after candidate is selected. Possible overnight travel for training classes may be required. Job Responsibilities The role will work in a cross-departmental function with job duties to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Support Sales team with daily administrative duties
  • Assist the sales team with quoting, proposals, and customer documentation
  • Review sales order packages for completion and submission
  • Assist Account Representatives with E-Automate research for analysis
  • Responsible for equipment order process including initial order, including entering Purchase & Sales orders in ERP system
  • Setup new equipment models in E-Automate
  • New account creation in E-Automate including sold equipment
  • Work with Executive Assistant to manage lease documentation and coordinate with finance/leasing companies for approval and funding

Required Skills:
  • Highly Dependable/Punctual
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office Experience and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using basic office equipment (printer/copier/scanner)
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using an ERP System
  • Knowledge of the Office Technology/IT Industry
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service role Additional Information
