Delta Dental of Arizona, the state's #1 dental and vision insurance company, is seeking a Sales Analyst with strong critical thinking and organizational skills to join our Sales team based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office. As a Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the entire Commercial Growth department with high-level analysis and strategic insights. This position requires an agile individual who can manage multiple projects, tasks, and team dynamics within a self-motivated and fast-paced environment. Essential Duties Administrative Duties Process & prepare procurement & non-procurement bids by answering questions, preparing binders, and electronic presentations as requested. Must be able to meet bid deadlines and prioritize appropriately. Work with other departments to obtain answers to questions. Prepare final bid in a clean and professional representation. SalesForce Form processing for Product Quoting, New Business Onboarding, Renewals, Cancellations, Contract Changes, etc. The ability to find solutions to complex issues, involving systematic process of identifying, analyzing and resolving difficult & multifaceted problems by employing critical thinking, lateral thinking, analytical skills & creativity. Sustaining a comprehensive understanding of DDAZ's system applications & processing policies; Achievable through continuous learning engagement & utilization of resource tools and materials. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of DDAZ's products and services, as well as producer and client relationships and their connection to the organization. Process Procurement Bids/RFPs; must be capable of comprehending complex procurement RFP specifications, scope of work and requirements. Ability to collaborate with multiple divisions to meet RFP response requirements. Participate in client onboarding by collaborating with Implementation Specialist, managing implementation materials, preparation & submission of New Client Submission Form (NCSF). Maintain keen knowledge of Roosevelt applications & ability to navigate through the elements & layers of applications to identify key client & broker components. Manages account and client contract administration by ensuring accurate SalesForce data, processing contract and broker-related changes (including client details, plans, rates, funding, coverage periods, and commissions), and coordinating updates across teams through collaboration with Account Executives and internal divisions. Process monthly client renewals of all size-bands, funding types & DDAZ products. Responsible for managing end-to-end SalesForce renewal processes, including building and tracking opportunities, delivering timely renewal communications, collaborating with Account Executives and Underwriting on revised options, and handling cancellation notices and client terminations within contractual timelines. Geo Provider Network & Provider Disruption Reporting for preparing simple to complex network analysis reporting. Managing Delta USA Opportunity Database as required by DDPA policies & procedures. Manages high-volume email intake from internal teams—including Sales, Account Management, leadership, and cross-functional divisions—as well as external customers such as clients, brokers, and prospects (RFPs) Salesforce Administration SalesForce Form processing of Quoting, New Business Onboarding, Renewals, Terminations, Contract Updates. Building annual SalesForce Renewal Opportunities with data protocols. Tracking SalesForce Renewal Opportunities from engage - proposal out- closed won. Digitally delivering Renewal communication & documentation via SalesForce, to client & brokers by client's contractual due date. Manages SalesForce Forms processing by maintaining expertise in form purposes, workflows, and data protocols, and clearly communicating required data change instructions to multiple internal divisions. Working with SalesForce reporting & Dashboards. Maintains strong working knowledge of Salesforce navigation, performance capabilities, and evolving features by actively engaging in continuous learning and system enhancements. Collaborating with Account Executives on revised renewal options; SF Form processing & collaboration with Underwriting; Preparing special renewal letters with various alternative options. Manage renewal cancellation notices & certified letters of client termination within the contractual timeline.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience required; insurance industry experience preferred, with sales support experience considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Copilot, and Adobe PDF) with strong analytical abilities, data interpretation skills, and keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to work closely with Commercial Growth team members while promoting cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and results. Ability to excel at multitasking and performing well under pressure. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
