Role Overview The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team by helping the Company build and strengthen our data driven decision making. This role plays a key part in cultivating new and engaging ways to analyze data and provide insights the sales team will use to build strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, reports, and internal databases.

Trend Identification:

Identify patterns and trends in sales data, including product performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.

Performance Evaluation:

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Sales Forecasting:

Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends, helping the company plan and budget effectively.

Reporting and Communication:

Contribute to the Sales Team creating reports and presentations for customers or internal stakeholders

Strategic Recommendations:

Contribute to strategy building by providing data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance, including pricing adjustments, product development, and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to understand their needs and contribute to their success. Experience & Qualifications Must LOVE noodles! Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to Travel Excellent problem-solving skills and is a quick learner. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow up skills. Goes the extra mile to see things through. $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
