Role Overview The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team by helping the Company build and strengthen our data driven decision making. This role plays a key part in cultivating new and engaging ways to analyze data and provide insights the sales team will use to build strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, reports, and internal databases.
Trend Identification:
Identify patterns and trends in sales data, including product performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Sales Forecasting:
Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends, helping the company plan and budget effectively.
Reporting and Communication:
Contribute to the Sales Team creating reports and presentations for customers or internal stakeholders
Strategic Recommendations:
Contribute to strategy building by providing data-driven recommendations for improving sales performance, including pricing adjustments, product development, and marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to understand their needs and contribute to their success. Experience & Qualifications Must LOVE noodles! Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to Travel Excellent problem-solving skills and is a quick learner. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow up skills. Goes the extra mile to see things through. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Has a passion for People and Teamwork Must have excellent reporting and presentation skills Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Demonstrated experience in meeting and/or exceeding brand objectives as an individual contributor and team member.
