Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be directly involved in promoting national webinars, conferences, and online education to a large, engaged audience. If you're someone who enjoys learning new tools, figuring out what works (and what doesn't), and being part of a fast-moving team—this is a great opportunity to build real marketing experience. What You'll Be Doing Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for webinars, conferences, and online courses Create and schedule email campaigns and track performance Develop and post social media content across multiple platforms Update website content and landing pages Create simple graphics and promotional materials (primarily in Canva) Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements Interact with customers via phone, email, LiveChat, and web conferencing tools Support day-to-day sales and marketing operations What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Able to handle customer interactions professionally, even in high-pressure situations Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Knowledge of the medical billing and coding industry Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation Familiarity with email marketing platforms Experience with Canva or similar design tools Basic understanding of website platforms (WordPress/Elementor is a plus) Tools You'll Work With You'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms, including: Gmail (communication) Zoom & GoToWebinar (virtual events) WordPress Elementor (website updates) Canva & Adobe tools (design and documents) Email marketing tools (GMass, Mailchimp) LMS platforms and member systems (No prior experience with all tools is required—training will be provided.) What We Offer Paid internship or entry-level opportunity (based on experience) Performance-based compensation with quarterly reviews for raises/bonuses Real-world experience in digital marketing, events, and audience growth A supportive, team-oriented environment You'll have your own workstation, including a Dell tower, dual monitors, and a comfortable office setup. Additional Info Candidates selected for interviews should be prepared to complete a brief computer skills assessment .
