Sales and Marketing Associate Cluck Ya Poultry - Gardiner, ME On site and remote as needed Hourly Wage/ Commission plus growth opportunity Job Description Cluck Ya Poultry is a producer of Air Chilled chicken located in Gardiner, Maine. We produce natural, halal, anti-biotic free poultry items from local farms here in ME and VT. As part of the team, you will assist in the sales, marketing and administrative functions with our growing organization. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to come in and develop into a leader for future opportunities. Responsibilities

• Represent Cluck Ya Poultry in Maine, MA, NH and VT with distributor partners in field with new and existing customers
• Order entry of all Cluck Ya Poultry orders
• New business development activities driven by the VP, Sales and Marketing
• Account management work with existing accounts to up sell and promote new items into all distribution channels
• Social Media management with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and others as needed
• Lead direct to consumer program management with planning, new partner acquisition, product development and growth strategy
• Customer deliveries into market as needed
• Merchandising and Planogram execution with current Supermarket partners Qualifications
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Sales and Marketing experience in CPG
• Presentation and Public Speaking experience with focus on selling process
• CRM experience
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to operate a refrigerated non CDL vehicle as needed for customer deliveries
• Must be able to keep an organized workspace clean.
• Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, bend, handle repetitive motions throughout the day.
• Maintain good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to read orders and complete simple math
• Communicate clearly with team members in a noisy environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
