Sales and Marketing Manager 14100 Pardee Rd, Taylor, MI 48180 $20 an hour - Part-time $20 an hour - Part-time Kudos Taproom & Fieldhouse is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our events, community presence, and brand awareness throughout the Downriver area. If you're someone who loves building relationships, coordinating events, networking with businesses, and bringing big ideas to life — this could be the perfect role for you. Position Details Part-Time Approximately 25 hours per week Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm Additional hours required for select special events, festivals, and promotions

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales inquiries and book: Birthday parties Corporate events Team outings Graduation parties Fundraisers Group events Conduct outside sales and networking to grow business partnerships Build relationships with: Local businesses Schools and sports organizations Event planners Community groups HR departments and corporate contacts Coordinate and manage Kudos Street Team members Create and maintain Street Team schedules Review and process Street Team reports, photos, and marketing recap submissions Attend community events, festivals, and networking opportunities representing the Kudos brand Help execute promotional campaigns and grassroots marketing efforts Work alongside management to develop creative sales initiatives and event promotions Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Sales, hospitality, marketing, or event experience preferred Organized and self-motivated Comfortable making calls, networking, and building business relationships Ability to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment Social media and marketing experience is a plus Reliable transportation required What We're Looking For We want someone who can help make Kudos the GOAT destination for parties, entertainment, and group events in Downriver.
