About the Position As a Sales Associate, you are one of the faces of the brand. You will assist customers, help drive sales, maintain the store's appearance, and create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service at all times Help drive sales and meet daily goals Build genuine connections with customers Restock, organize, and merchandise inventory Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Assist with administrative duties when needed Create a welcoming, stylish, and energetic shopping environment Represent the Accessories Matter brand positively at all times Qualifications Experience No prior experience required Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus Physical Requirements Stand for up to 8 hours Lift and carry up to 40 pounds Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently Climb and balance on ladders Handle multiple tasks efficiently What We're Looking For Friendly, sociable, and outgoing personality A true people person who enjoys customer interaction Someone enthusiastic, upbeat, and energetic Coachable and able to accept correction professionally Fast learner with initiative Stylish and interested in fashion/trends Punctual, dependable, and responsible Organized and detail-oriented Looking for long-term employment and growth opportunities Comfortable in both busy and slower-paced work environments
