Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their needs Promote retail sales by demonstrating product features and benefits effectively Answer phone calls professionally and follow up on leads Process customer loan applications and financial transactions using specialized financial software Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support the processing of loan applications and other financial services as needed Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills, including retail math are required Schedule is 4 days a week 8:30-5:30 and Saturdays 9:00-3:00 with flexibility available in scheduling for the right candidate Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and professionally Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in banking, loan processing, or related financial services is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
