Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Assist customers with retail transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Support sales efforts by explaining product features, benefits, and financial options Process loan applications and financial transactions accurately using financial software Maintain organized cash management procedures and perform daily cash reconciliation Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and basic retail math tasks Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a focus on engaging clients effectively Knowledge of banking or financial services, including loan processing and cash handling procedures Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations for transactions and inventory management Familiarity with financial software systems and 10 key typing for efficient data entry Excellent communication skills to clearly explain products, services, and financial options to customers Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining attention to detail in cash management tasks Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
